Flavor Profile
Upon first opening, hints of flinty-minerally aromas among a concentration of apple, honey, apricot and clove. After some airing, the nuances begin to change to peaches, honey, toast and caramel. A very full and rich entry showing concentration and focused fruit qualities. A wine with great texture and appeal on the palate. The flavor profile of toast, honey, spice, and peach seems to linger indefinitely.
