Flavor Profile
Brilliant dark ruby color. Concentrated cherries, cassis and vanilla with a background of cedar and mint. Upon tasting, the wine exhibits a very full, yet velvety mouth feel with good richness, moderate tannins and a round, full finish with lingering blackberry flavor. Wine ample airing, this is enjoyable now but should be laid down for maximum enjoyment.

- From Wine Enthusiasts: " Nose, while tight...
“…with youth, displays blackberry/cassis and spicy cedar notes. Deep color is echoed in huge extract; delicious, concentrated black fruit flavors. Tannins prominent, but lots of fruit and acid as well. Should be great in time.” [92 POINTS]
