Our iconic Profile proprietary red wine represents the pinnacle of our family’s vineyards and winemaking. Precisely crafted using a single lot approach, this limited-production wine epitomizes the Schlatter Family’s unwavering dedication to quality.
Profile is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, sourced from the steep slopes of our Profile Estate Vineyard at the eastern edge of the St. Helena AVA. The grapes are hand-picked, hand sorted and vinified to capture the unique elegance of our estate terroir. This wine is distinguished by its intensity, refinement, and balance—eminently approachable at release, but with the structure to reward additional evolution in the cellar.
